This privacy notice explains how OptionOpp LLC ("OptionsOpp," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the OptionsOpp application at app.optionsopp.com and pages that link to this notice.

It describes the information processed by the service, how it is used and shared, and the choices available to you.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

You choose what information to enter, such as trading records, journal notes, tags, feedback, and messages. We use information you send to us to respond to your requests and provide the service you request.

The current application is a preview. Trading records, notebook content, note tags, and custom templates are held for the current page session. Some preferences and feedback-board content are stored locally in your browser. Local feedback posts are not published to other users, and preview support-chat messages are not delivered to our support team. Account registration and affiliate access are available. Live broker synchronization and live AI services are not connected in this preview.

When you visit the site, hosting and network providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, and request times to deliver the site and maintain its operation and security. When you contact us by email, your email address and message are processed to handle your inquiry.

We do not sell or rent the personal information you provide to us. Information sent to us may be processed by service providers that help deliver the site or handle communications. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and the rights or safety of its users.

If you choose to export or share a trade, note, screenshot, or other content, the information you include may become available to its recipients. Review your content before sharing. Third-party websites and services linked from OptionsOpp have their own privacy practices.

Affiliate Portal and Referral Links

OptionsOpp accounts use an email address and password. We store your account identifier, email address, name, a salted password hash, and a hash of your recovery code on our servers. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 14 days; signing out revokes that session. We store hashed rate-limit identifiers to restrict repeated sign-in attempts. Affiliate profiles store your chosen display name, referral handles, and campaign links. You can also create an affiliate workspace without registering an account. A random secure browser cookie, valid for up to one year, controls access to that guest workspace; its token is stored only as a hash on our servers. Clearing the cookie removes guest access. If you later register or sign in on the same browser and have no affiliate profile, your guest workspace can be attached to your OptionsOpp account. Referral links use random browser cookies lasting up to 30 days to associate visits with the first eligible referral. We store hashed visitor identifiers, link identifiers, visit times, and the referring website hostname to report referral traffic. The referral database does not store raw IP addresses. Browser settings can block or remove these cookies; tracking may not carry across browsers or devices.

Affiliate records and click statistics are server-stored and are separate from the trading preview's session-only data. Affiliate commission terms and subscription payment tracking are not connected yet. Contact us using the details below for access, correction, or deletion requests.

Browser Storage and Retention

Session-only content is lost when the page is reloaded or closed. Device-local content and preferences remain until removed through available controls or your browser's site-data settings. Clearing site data may permanently remove locally saved content. Export anything you want to keep first.

This notice does not promise permanent storage or backups of preview content. Information sent to us separately, such as an email inquiry, may be retained for handling the request and meeting applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

For questions about your information, or to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent to us, email support@optionsopp.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.

Edit or remove information using the controls available in the application.
Clear locally stored information through your browser's site-data settings.
Ask us to stop promotional email communications, if you receive them.
Contact us with a concern about how your information is handled.

Information stored only on your device must be managed on that device; an email request does not automatically clear browser storage.

Security

The hosted application uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Browser-local content may be accessible to other people using the same browser profile, so take care when using a shared device.

Do not enter broker passwords, API secrets, or other sensitive credentials into preview fields. For a privacy or security concern, contact support@optionsopp.com.

Changes to This Notice

We will update this page as our information practices change and revise the date above. New account, broker, payment, or AI services may require additional disclosures when they become available.
